TD365.com Review: Summary
Launched in 2020, on the back of its successful Australian operation (TradeDirect365), TD365.com was created to target the global market by offering leverage of 200:1 and fixed, low spreads.
TD365.com offers two trading platforms; its proprietary platform, CloudTrade, and the world-class MT4 trading system. The CloudTrade system is renowned for it’s 24/5 fixed spreads that start incredibly low and provide traders with an excellent low-cost trading option. Their MT4 system is a variable spread platform, with spreads competitive rather than amazing.

TD365 Review: Account Types
TD365 offers three different account types for traders:
Single Currency Spread Trading (SCT)
Trade global financial markets using TD365.com’s single currency account, where there is no currency conversion like a typical CFD account. As an example, if you open a EURO account and trade the Wall St 30 index, you will be trading in EUR per point, not USD per point (as the Wall St 30 is a US-based product). No more FX conversion fees!
This account is designed for individual, retail traders who have a minimum account balance of $100 at any time.
This account allows TD365.com clients to trade on the popular MT4 platform, with low but variable spreads 24/5.
TD365.com has a free, one-click demo account that traders can use to practise their trading, test strategies and get a feel for the TD365 trading system. This demo account is preloaded with $10,000 virtual funds.
Who Are TD365 Regulated By?
TD365.com is a registered business name of Trade Nation Ltd, which is authorised and regulated by the Securities Commission of the Bahamas (Registration Number 203493 B).
This Bahamas-regulated entity has a sister company in Australia called TradeDirect365, which is regulated by ASIC in Australia under its AFSL (number 422661).
Due to being regulated by the SCB in the Bahamas, TD365 can offer generous leverage of up to 1:200.
This differs from many brokers who are restricted by ASIC, the FCA and ESMA on offering leverage of greater than 1:30, and is a real point of difference alongside their low spreads.
TD365 leverage is the same across their in-house built CloudTrade platform and the popular MT4 platform (1:200), although it may vary across differing markets. For instance, most FX pairs and Indices have leverage of 1:200, which is a margin rate of 0.50%, and this is the same across both platforms.
If you are looking for a low-cost online trading broker, look no further than TD365.com. Their tight, fixed spreads are second to none and offer real value, particularly during times of extreme volatility, when their spreads remain fixed no matter what.
Here are the spreads for some popular markets:
- EUR/USD: 0.6 pips – FIXED.
- AUD/USD: 0.6 pips – FIXED.
- Wall St 30: 1 point – FIXED.
- UK100: 0.4 points – FIXED.
- German 30: 0.9 points – FIXED.
- Gold: 4 points – FIXED.
- Silver: 2 points – FIXED.
- Bitcoin: 30 points – FIXED.

The in-house built CloudTrade platform is the proprietary trading platform developed and owned by Finsa Europe Ltd. It comes in two versions: web-based and mobile trading application. The web-based internet version does not require any downloading; all you need is an internet connection and away you go. The mobile app is designed for iPhone and Android devices, and these apps can be downloaded from the app store (search “TD365.com”).
The CloudTrade system is very simple and easy-to-use, with an intuitive interface that can be customised. Clients can access a free charting package powered by ChartIQ and find 15 different chart styles, timeframes from tick-by-tick to 1 month per candle. There are also over 80 technical indicators and 30+ drawing tools available on the charts.
Clients can trade Indices, FX commodities, differentials, stocks and cryptocurrencies on this platform.
MetaTrader 4 Platform
TD365 offers traders the ability to also trade on the world’s most popular trading platform, MetaTrader 4 (MT4). The benefits of MT4 are long and well-known, and mixing that with TD365’s low variable spreads, gives traders a great, all-round trading option if the CloudTrade system is not for them.
